G. Patrick Nazaryan, MS, PE
Prime Oak Builders was co-founded by Patrick, a Los Angeles native dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable solutions, from the initial design phase to the final construction and occupancy. As an integrated design-build firm, we believe that effective collaboration between designers and builders is essential to the success of any project. Our team consists of experienced architects, engineers, and construction professionals who work together to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Urban Planning and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from the University of Southern California. Patrick also is a registered professional civil engineer in the state of California.
Ehsan Sombolestani, MS
As a co-founder of Prime Oak Builders, Ehsan brings a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation in every project the firm undertakes. He brings years of hands-on construction experience and a results-driven mindset. He leads with a focus on efficiency, quality, and clear communication throughout every phase of a project. Ehsan understands that every build is unique, which is why he works closely with clients to tailor solutions that align with their goals, timelines, and budgets—while exceeding expectations. His commitment to streamlined processes and exceptional craftsmanship is at the core of Prime Oak’s reputation for dependable, high-performing builds.
Ehsan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Construction Management with a focus on business from Texas A&M University.
